Welcome to Car Concepts AI ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of the Car Concepts AI platform, which allows you to input photos and use the Control Net technology to alter and modify cars ("Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these ToS and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these ToS, do not use the Service.
We may require you to actively confirm acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement of our Privacy Policy when creating or accessing an account.
We may update these ToS from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will give notice before it takes effect by email to the address on your account, by an in-app notification, or by a prominent notice on our website.
The updated ToS will include the new effective date. If you continue to use the Service after that effective date, you accept the updated ToS.
4.1. You must use the Service in accordance with these ToS and all applicable EU and member state laws.
4.2. You are responsible for any content you upload. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content and are not infringing on third party rights.
5.1. By using our Service, you acknowledge and consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have rights to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, and you can exercise these rights by contacting us.
5.3. Marketing emails are optional. They are not required to create or use an account. You can opt in where we offer that choice and you can opt out at any time through your account settings or the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
6.1. By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely to provide the Service.
6.2. All rights to the Service and its technology remain with Car Concepts AI or its licensors.
7.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
7.2. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Service.
8.1. Paid tokens are prepaid service credits for use only within Car Concepts AI. They are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or third-party wallet.
8.2. For purchases completed after this policy takes effect, paid tokens expire 12 months after purchase unless we state otherwise at checkout.
8.3. If you make another token purchase before your current balance is used, the expiry date for your token balance resets to 12 months from that latest purchase.
8.4. Once tokens expire, they can no longer be used to access paid generation features unless we choose to restore them as a support or goodwill exception.
To the extent permitted by EU law, we are not liable for damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these ToS.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these ToS.
These ToS are governed by EU law and the laws of United Kingdom. Disputes will be settled in the courts of United Kingdom.
Users residing in the EU are entitled to certain statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these ToS intends to restrict these statutory rights.
